ISMAILIA, Egypt—Egyptian officers created their most unique allegations in opposition to the captain of a container ship that blocked the Suez Canal for nearly a week in March, accusing the skipper of dropping management of the Ever Supplied and hitting the essential waterway’s lender.

A lawyer for the Japanese organization has beforehand blamed the Suez Canal Authority for enabling the ship to enter the canal all through a massive sandstorm that was using spot in Egypt at the time. Initial investigations into the incident had concentrated on a sudden gust of wind.
