Below is an assortment of photos submitted by Maryland Wildland Fire Crew members from the Cave Gulch Fire. The Cave Gulch fire broke out in late July 2000 in Helena National Forest located in Montana and burned until late August. Eventually the Cave Gulch Fire was combined with the Bucksnort Fire and was managed as the Canyon Ferry Complex. By the time this complex was contained, almost 44,000 acres and 50 structures were burned.
